Document Management

Electronic Forms & eSignatures
Etrieve Forms enable employees to create, edit and route electronic forms from any device. Paper forms are replaced by fillable PDF or HTML forms pre-populated with data from any campus system, and staff and students can complete and submit forms on their computer or mobile device. Forms also include unlimited, federally-compliant digital signatures with no additional per-signature/envelope costs.

Softdocs Success Stories
After previous implementations of OnBase for document management, we migrated to Softdocs as our first full ECM solution including content, electronic forms, and workflow all in one platform. Now, we are unlocking the integration capabilities of Softdocs and standardizing processes across the entire District, which contains two colleges and Central Services. We promised our board we would develop districtwide efficiencies, and we are delivering on that promise.
Most of our forms were fillable PDFs that people just mailed around. But tracking that information was a nightmare. Softdocs is a perfect system for us, particularly in admissions and records. They need a lot of flexibility and accountability. Softdocs does that and is so easy to work with.
