Our piggyback contract in partnership with FCCC was intentionally put together to make the buying process easy. This contract allows for direct purchase or lease of temporary or permanent modular buildings. This can save time and valuable resources.
New Modular Buildings
Global Modular’s products range from the simplest single module to very large complex buildings. Our DSA PC templets allow for many types of buildings such as: portable classrooms, administration buildings, science labs, kitchens, restrooms and more.
Pre-Owned Refurbished Modular Buildings
Our large inventory of existing pre-owned modular buildings are for sale or lease at discounted prices. Global refurbishes these units to a like new condition. Buildings can be refurbished using school colors to match the existing campus.

Global Modular Inc. Is a General Contractor and Manufacturer of DSA and HCD approved Modular Buildings. Global Modular services all of California with strategically located manufacturing, refurbishment centers and offices in Southern and Northern California. Global Modular’s factory and refurbishment centers have the infrastructure and capability to design, manufacture new or refurbish pre-owned buildings in a fraction of the time it takes to site build the same building. We utilize our in-house trucking and installation teams to deliver and install the units on site.
