Inbound Contact Center Support

Our services focus on answering detailed questions regarding admissions, financial aid, enrollment services, and general inquiries utilizing a customer-focused, one-call resolution approach while providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Student Engagement Outreach Campaigns

Engagement campaigns are deployed at important points in the college enrollment cycle, focusing on specific subsets of students. Custom reports are created to provide student feedback and campaign results.

Re-enrollment Student Engagement Campaigns

To encourage eligible students to re-enroll and complete their field of study, we deploy high-touch initiatives using multiple touchpoints over a three-month period. All outreach is school-branded and includes live agent and email campaigns.
