California Connects aims to close California’s digital divide through low cost, affordable, unlimited mobile internet to students, faculty, and staff statewide. Service is offered by the Foundation for California Community College’s retail program, rather than through a typical purchasing agreement.

California Connects 4G Internet
California Connects’ primary offering is unlimited mobile internet access through a 4G device on T-Mobile’s network. Unlike many competitors, there is no data limit or restrictions on streaming.
Additional Connectivity Options
Other options, including 5G devices and plans, are also available through California Connects. Institutions can purchase and distribute to students in bulk, or individuals can utilize the retail store: store.collegebuys.org.
