Save on EdTech: Systemwide Technology Access Collaborative (STAC) Purchasing Window Open for 2025-2026
CollegeBuys is pleased to announce the opening of the Systemwide Technology Access Collaborative (STAC) purchasing window for fiscal year (FY) 2026. STAC leverages aggregated purchasing power to provide California Community Colleges with significant discounts on educational technology tools. Participating vendors have been selected through a collaborative process involving the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, the Foundation for California Community Colleges CollegeBuys program, and the California Virtual Campus (CVC) initiative. Vendor selection also reflects expressed interest from district groups in solutions supporting online teaching and learning.
Since 2020, STAC has facilitated participation from an average of 92 colleges per purchasing window, resulting in over $31 million in cost savings for the California Community College system between FY2021- 2025.
Maximize Savings During the March–June Purchasing Window
- Updated Order Form: An updated order form detailing available services for the 2025-26 academic year is now available.
- Support Resources: Monthly office hours hosted by the CVC and CollegeBuys will support general service inquiries and the ordering process. Registration links are provided below:
