Save Big on EdTech: STAC Purchasing Window Open for 2026-2027
CollegeBuys is pleased to announce the launch of the Systemwide Technology Access Collaborative (STAC) purchasing window for fiscal year (FY) 2027!
Since 2020, STAC has supported an average of 93 colleges through this annual purchasing window, generating more than $34 million in systemwide cost savings between FY2021–2026. Twelve vendors are available on the order form this year, offering a wide range of solutions to support online teaching and learning.
We’re excited to share that the STAC order form is now digital. In this digital version, your FTES count will automatically populate as soon as you select your college or district (utilizing Data Mart numbers). Pricing calculations are generated instantly based on your product selections, giving you real-time visibility into your total cost.
Once complete, the digital form will prompt you to generate a PDF for signatures. After the required signatory has signed the PDF, please submit it via email to Vanessa Ruiz at collegebuys@foundationccc.org. - New Partners: CollegeBuys welcomes Hypothes.is, a new STAC partner for FY2027, expanding the range of discounted offerings. They are a versatile, open-source platform designed to facilitate social annotation.
