In conjunction, Wilmani Humphries, Ellucian Solutions Consultant, will provide a live demo of Scholarship Universe, Student Forms, Virtual Advisor, and Campus Communicator—showing how these tools streamline processes, reduce verification delays, unlock funding, and improve student retention.

Director of Financial Aid, Citrus College

Stephen is a highly experienced professional in the field of student services. Stephen holds a master’s degree and has over 15 years of experience working in various higher education roles such as registrar, student accounts, admissions, and financial aid. He has a strong understanding of the community college system and has served on many task forces to improve student services. He has a wealth of experience in developing marketing and communication strategies to increase student engagement. As the Director of Financial Aid at Citrus College, a public two-year college, Stephen leads the operations and strategic initiatives of the Financial Aid Department. He is a key member of several cross-departmental teams and works collaboratively to plan and execute campus-wide processes and activities. 

Wilmani Humphries

Solutions Consultant, Ellucian

Wil has had the pleasure of supporting student financial success in higher education for nearly 10 years, using Ellucian Student Financial Success solutions. He has spent almost 3 years in his role at Ellucian as a Solutions Consultant, where he enjoys introducing prospective customers to our solutions with the intent of solving their problems and working with current customers to address any questions they may have as they continue using Ellucian solutions. Wil holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration
