She has represented school districts and community college districts on various construction and procurement matters. She is experienced in various project delivery methods and energy projects. She has litigated diverse construction matters including change order, defect, and delay disputes in state and federal courts in California, Hawaii and Nevada. Deidree has presented at, among other venues, Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH), California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) and Community College Facility Coalition (CCFC) conferences and spearheads DWK’s Front End bid documents and Bond Implementation Toolkit.
Alberto Vasquez
Associate Vice Chancellor of Construction and Planning, City College of San Francisco
Alberto Vasquez is the Associate Vice Chancellor of Construction and Planning at City College of San Francisco since 2020, with 19 years of experience serving K12 and Community College public schools. Alberto manages all district facilities planning, design, and construction functions with support of District project managers including Buildings & Grounds. He oversees capital planning activities, project design, and construction for major and minor projects, ensuring they are functional, sustainable, well-designed, and cost-effective. Formerly, Alberto was at San Francisco Unified School District for 15 years working on multiple bond programs and projects.
