Civitas Learning Webinar: Empowering Equitable Student Success with West Hills Community College District
California Community Colleges play a vital role in serving diverse and dynamic student populations, but ensuring student success in a fiscally responsible and equitable manner can be challenging. Data analysis reveals that 40% of student success initiatives do not effectively impact outcomes, and 67% of students’ enrollment likelihood changes within a term. To navigate these challenges, leadership and student success teams require processes and infrastructure to support data-activated decision-making and coordinated action across teams.
In partnership with CollegeBuys, Civitas Learning invites you to a roundtable discussion with Dr. Kristin Clark, Chancellor at West Hills Community College District, on enhancing student retention in California Community Colleges. The conversation will cover tailored strategies to boost persistence and completion rates, including strategic data utilization, leveraging analytics to address staff constraints, practices to align faculty and staff with student success initiatives, and building district-wide alignment.
